Our history is rooted in the humble beginnings of a passionate team. And our future is in continuing those dreams, dreams that are impossible to achieve with our dependable teamwork.
Here’s what our team has to say about their journey with Kant Fasteners.
A self-made Gujarat native, he came to Mumbai in 1961. He started his career as a helper in a hardware shop in Nagdevi Street, Masjid Bunder, Mumbai. For him, his Kant journey began when he started his own small workshop on rented premises in Worli, with a total of two helpers. Diligently following his principals & business ethics, he gradually gained success for his manufacturing activities, and the rest is history.
Now, at the age of 81 and partially retired, he is helping the company in all technical matters as he continues to support our development working from home.
Born & brought up in Mumbai. Sandeep is a commerce graduate from Mumbai. When talking about his experience, he said, “With my father’s support, I joined Kant in 1996, at the Andheri factory and have been with the company since.”
He is the keyman who introduced Heat Treatment, CNC, Testing facilities Export orders into Kant’s logistics. He also played a.huge role in acquiring OEM customers, conducting several international & nation exhibitions, as well as, implementing a QMS system in the organization.
